Super Street Fighter 2 The New Challengers is the fourth installment in Capcom’s Super Street Fighter series (a two-player fighting game). Compared to its predecessors, Super Street Fighter 2 The New Challengers not only improves character design but also adds four new characters. Furthermore, it introduces several new moves, such as Leo’s Flame Hadouken, which utilizes Zangof atomic energy, and M. Bison’s signature move. Players can choose color schemes for their characters and add corresponding color markers. The scoring system adjusts based on the number of consecutive attacks (such as punches, kicks, and wrestles). Characters automatically regenerate health after a few seconds if they are not knocked down. The difficulty of combat is significantly increased; even a few seconds of carelessness can lead to defeat. Visually, the user interface and stages have been redesigned, and character models have been replaced with more detailed graphics. The sound effects have also been updated to better match the combat atmosphere, and voice acting has been added.
